It is estimated that of the 8.08 billion people alive in the world today, 3.42 billion of them live in unreached people groups with little or no access to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. According to Joshua Project, there are approximately 17,269 unique people groups in the world with 7,188 of them considered unreached (over 42% of the world’s population)! And less than 3% of missionary work is done among these people.

Currently, at least 80% of pastors in the Majority World lack biblical training and lead ministries.

I am committed to addressing this issue by:

• Equipping women for ministry and enhancing their comprehension of the Gospel.
• Accepting national invitations as a delegate and key speaker in Africa and Southeast Asia.
• Developing untrained indigenous pastors and leaders through out the Majority World.
• Collaborating for unity, disciple-making, mentoring, and leadership mindsets and strategies.
• Multiplying and sustaining ministry leaders globally with transformative influence.

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE:

• Collaborate with ministries providing quality respected on-site conferences, biblical and theological training, and education forums.
• Develop and sustain ministry leaders globally to teach and train others, fostering a movement of disciple leaders impacting families, villages, cities, and nations.
• Mentor future leaders to understand and fulfill their calling with passion and committment.
• Lead cohorts of identified in-country potential leaders and leaders through personal growth and leadership development programs guided by biblical principles.
• Participants receive certificates, diplomas, and formal graduation upon program completion.
